FeynCode · the team behind Kaeonix

We build the model, then we build with it.

Kaeonix is ours: Avatar, a model trained on software engineering, reachable through chat, the terminal and an API. The same team takes that work into client systems.

Trained on software engineering, not talked into it

Avatar is FeynCode’s own model, not a general chat model adapted afterwards. Engineering was the training objective, so its instincts are a developer’s: reach for the definition, read the test, check the diff. Tool calling is part of its vocabulary rather than a wrapper bolted around it, so it navigates a repository, edits files and runs commands in sequence.

Client work

The same team, on your systems

Four practices, one way of working. Open one for the detail.

We build the parts around the model: retrieval that finds the right paragraph, prompts under version control, evaluations that fail loudly when quality slips. Every system ships with a measured baseline and a cost per thousand requests.

  • Domain-tuned language models
  • Document understanding
  • Forecasting and anomaly detection
  • Drift monitoring

Products built to be maintained by whoever comes after us — typed end to end, tested where it counts, documented in prose a new hire can read on their first afternoon.

  • Operational web platforms
  • Mobile apps for field teams
  • Realtime data and sync
  • API and integration design

Reconciling ledgers, chasing approvals, moving figures between systems at month end — automated with a record of every action taken and a human checkpoint wherever a mistake would be expensive.

  • Workflow orchestration
  • Agents with audit trails
  • Support triage and routing
  • Scheduled reconciliation

Deployments you can repeat from a clean machine, secrets nobody keeps in a chat thread, backups somebody has actually restored — sized to the traffic you have.

  • Infrastructure as code
  • CI, staging and releases
  • Access control and audit
  • Restore drills and runbooks

Huddle

One workspace instead of nine group chats

A forty-person design agency kept leave requests in one chat, QA notes in another, payslips in an inbox — and the only person who knew where anything lived had been there six years.

Huddle put employee records, tasks, messaging, leave and payroll under one permission model. Then Avatar joined in: a summariser that writes the standup from the week’s activity, and a scheduler that flags a slip before the deadline does.

Client words

“FeynCode helped us present our capability the way an overseas buyer needs to read it. Enquiries rose, and the ones arriving now come with a product name and a quantity attached.”

Ashwini BolinjkarFounder, ATUT Enterprizes

“Our team works in sync now. Tasks, internal chat, QA notes and HR sit in one place. The file-sharing panic is behind us.”

Atul GokhaleOwner, Atul Graphics

“We trace a customer, an order timeline and a product stage in real time. Tracking problems we lived with for years stopped being problems.”

“Invoicing, inventory and payments finally agree with each other. Four people work the same shop without stepping on the books.”
